7′ x 8′ Mobile Cedar Sauna Rental

 

We have two, fully insured, 7′ x 8′ all Canadian-made cedar barrel saunas available for rent.

 

WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL

  • Two totes of wood with kindling, fire-starters & lighter
  • Sauna Bucket/Ladle
  • LED lights inside & outside the sauna
  • 50ft extension cord for LED lights
  • Cold Tub (we DO NOT provide any ice)
  • Sauna Guide/Instructions

 

Our team will deliver, set up, get your sauna rental fired for use.

Our team will also provide you with a written Sauna Guide/Operating instructions.

PRICE LIST:

  • $150/day + delivery fee +tax *2 night minimum required*
  • $900/week + delivery fee +tax
  • $1500/month + delivery fee + tax
  • Delivery Fee within 30kms of Midland, Ontario: $60.00

  • Additional Tote of Wood $20 + tax, each
    Included in your rental price are 2 totes of wood. This generally is enough for 1 or 2 nights to keep the sauna at 50-60 C. If you prefer your sauna on the hotter side, or have the rental for longer than 2 nights, you may require additional wood.
    1 tote = 2 bags of wood.

 

DELIVERY & PICK UP

Deliveries and Pick Ups occur between 11am & 1 pm on during the rental period.

  • Note: Delivery & Pick Times may change during busy rental periods (holidays & long weekends).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY/NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT

Georgian Bay Sauna Rentals understands that plans change for many reasons including those out of our control. Therefore, Georgian Bay Sauna Rentals, and the Renter agrees to the following cancellation policy:

 

  • A Non-Refundable Sauna Rental deposit in the amount of $10.00 will be taken from each booking fee.

 

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the start of the rental period shall receive a full refund less the $10.00 Non-Refundable Booking Fee.

 

  • Cancellations between 24-48 hours prior to the start of the rental period shall receive a 50% refund of the entire rental fee.

 

  • Cancellations that are less than 24 hours before the start of the rental period are not entitled to a refund of the rental fee.

 

  • In the case of unsafe weather conditions, as determined by Georgian Bay Sauna Rentals staff (such as bad winter road conditions), Georgian Bay Sauna Rentals reserves the right to refuse the rental because we feel it is unsafe to be out on highway and road systems. The rental may be rescheduled for another date and/or a full refund, including the Non-Refundable Sauna Rental Deposit, will be made to the renter.
